I 100% give this company 5 stars. There was a little trouble with the shipping, and when I received the shelf, the box was in a bad state, and the corner of the shelf had been damaged. The shelf had been wrapped very carefully with plenty of protection. It was obvious the shipper had caused the damage. I emailed the owners and had a reply with in one minute. They have been above and beyond gracious, helpful, and easy to work with. They kept me up to date as they went through the shipping insurance process and communication has been excellent!!! Buy from them with confidence! They are an amazing seller with amazing wood working skills! Their main goal was to make my experience a positive one and to make sure that in the end, I was a satisfied customer! Will definitely buy from them again if I need another shelf!
